head of the Masters Hall of Fame, appointing Daniel Hect as his replacement. Daniel
Hect has assumed position as the C.E.O. of the Masters Hall of Fame as Stephen Spry
stepped down from the position to pursue other opportunities.

Newport Beach Calif. March 21, 2006 - Stephen Spry founded the Masters Hall of Fame
in 2000 as a way to recognize Martial Arts Leaders for their contributions to the
Martial Arts Community. "Over the last 6 years I seen the Masters Hall of Fame
develop significantly, I am proud of what we have accomplished in the last six
years. The Masters Hall of Fame has grown to the point were I had to make a choice
between running KI International or the Masters Hall of Fame," Said Stephen Spry.

Over the last year Stephen Spry looked for someone that would take the Masters into
the next decade. After a national search the Masters Hall of Fame names Daniel Hect
as the CEO of the Masters Hall of Fame. Daniel Hect has an over 25 years in the
martial arts and has a strong business background.

"I was very pleased to have been considered for the position, given the talent of
Board Members; I am honored to have the opportunity to contribute to the business
aspects of this World Class Event." Daniel Hect, CEO Masters Hall of Fame.

The 2006 Masters Hall of Fame Awards Banquet is a Back Tie Formal event and will be
held on Saturday, August 26, 2006 at the Radisson Hotel in the City of Newport
Beach, California. Leading martial artists from around the world are expected to
attend.

The banquet will open with a Traditional Japanese Taiko drummer followed by a
Dinner, Entertainment, and the Award Ceremony for the 2006 inductee class of the
Masters Hall of Fame. Each inductee will receive a trophy and certificate presented
by the Board Member that nominated them into the Masters Hall of Fame.
